Please read these Terms of Service carefully before participating in any Valorant tournaments or using the community forum on our website, Wave OCE. By participating in a tournament, using the community forum, or registering a user account, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Tournament Participation:

1. Eligibility: Participants must be registered through our community website and meet any specific eligibility criteria outlined for each tournament.
2. Registration: To participate in a tournament, you must complete the registration process as outlined on our website. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
3. Rules and Guidelines: All tournament participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth for each specific tournament. Any violation may result in disqualification from the tournament and potential suspension from future events.
4. Fair Play: Participants are expected to maintain a high level of sportsmanship and fair play. Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or any other form of unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and potential account suspension.
5. Communication: Participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate communication with other participants, organisers, and moderators. Harassment, hate speech, or any other form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
6. Prizes: Prizes, if applicable, will be awarded as outlined in each tournament’s rules. Prizes are non-transferable and may be subject to taxes or fees.
7. Streaming and Content Creation: Participants may be required to stream or record their matches as part of the tournament. By participating, you grant us permission to use your content for promotional purposes.
8. Disqualification and Rulings: Organisers have the right to disqualify participants who violate the terms of service or the rules of a specific tournament. Organisers decisions are final and binding.
9. Liability: Participation in tournaments is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the course of a tournament.
10. Privacy: By participating in a tournament, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information may be collected, used, and shared.
11. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
12. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Wave OCE community at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

Community Forum and User Account:

14. Community Forum Usage: When using the community forum, you agree to follow our guidelines for respectful and constructive communication. Inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to trolling, harassment, and spamming, will not be tolerated.

17. User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for any content you submit or post on our community forum. You agree not to post any content that is defamatory, infringing, or violates the rights of any third party.

ValOCE & Wave OCE operates as a standalone community organisation that is not sponsored or affiliated with Riot Games or VALORANT esports.
